Ingredients

1 package spaghetti with parsley and garlic
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes, canned diced
1 jar artichoke hearts diced
1 jar capers
1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions chopped
Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Break spaghetti into pieces, cook as package directs, set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients, mix with spaghetti and serve.
