|8||ounces||pineapple, canned, crushed||1 small can|
|1||ounce||cherries||frozen cherries, canned|
|1/2||cup||heavy whipping cream||whipped|
Dissolve red hots in boiling water.
Add water to gelatin.
Stir in ice cubes until melted.
Add crushed pineapple and frozen cherries. Mix.
Put in refrigerator until set.
Mix together egg yolks, sugar , vinegar.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Let cool and add whipped cream.
Spread over gelatin when stiff. Let set overnight.
