Ingredients

1 pound pasta, fettuccine cook al dente, drain
8 ounce package sundried tomatoes cut into slivers lengthwise, reserve oil
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes oil
1 cup black olives pitted and halved
1 cup basil
1 tablespoon lemon zest grated
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
3/4 pound mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pasta.

Toss sauce with pasta and serve at once.
