2 tablespoons butter, unsalted softened
4 ounces gorgonzola cheese in four 1 oz. slices

Directions

Prepare Double Boiler Polenta.

Stir in butter. Divide polenta among four bowls.

Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately.
