| 2 | cups | turkey | pieces |
| 3 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
| 3/4 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1 1/2 | cups | tomatoes | stewed, sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | celery | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1/2 | cup | pineapple chunks | |
| 1 | cup | vermicelli | cooked |
| 3 | tablespoons | corn oil |
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add onions and celery and sauté until onions start to turn trans-
luscent.
Add turkey, raisins, tomatos, soy sauce and vermicelli.
Stir well and cover.
Cook for 5 minutes then add the raisins.
Cook covered for 5 more minutes and serve.
