| 3 | large | green bell peppers | grilled, skinned |
| 6 | each | tomatoes | skinned & seeded |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | chopped |
| 1 | x | salt |
Rinse and drain the peppers.
Remove the core and seeds and cut the flesh into small dice.
Dice the tomatoes to the same size.
Combine tomatoes and peppers and add the chopped garlic.
Season with salt to taste and chill.
Drain off excess liquids before serving.

these tacos taste just like the real thing. I did make one little change, I use Champagne instead of beer only because I had that left over from another recipe that I made. But it tasted GREAT
