Ingredients

1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2/3 cups brown sugar dark brown
4 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) chopped
3 ounces chocolate unsweetened chopped
1/4 cup butter, unsalted unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons amaretto liquer or to taste

Directions

In a small heavy saucepan, combine the cream and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil over mod-high heat, whisking occasionally, and boil it, whisking, until sugar is dissolved. Remove pan from heat and add chocolates, whisking, until they are melted. Whisk in the butter and the Amaretto. Continue to whisk until the sauce is smooth. Let cool slightly.

Makes about 3 cups.

I used to hate dark chocolate until I made this sauce. I put is over Double Fudge Brownie Icecream so the icecream won't be that sweet.

Broccoli and Corn Calzones

These calzones are great taste, I used 2 cups broccili, 1 1/2 cups oyster mushrooms, my husband made the whole wheat pizza dough, and these calzones are fresh and delicious, we used our homemade marinara sauce serving with calzones, wonderful.
