| 1/4 | cup | amaranth flour | |
| 1/4 | cup | millet flour | |
| 1/4 | cup | corn flour | yellow |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 1/4 | cup | tahini | |
| 3 | cups | water |
Mix flours, salt, and tahini together.
Add water and stir. Simmer over low heat until thick and creamy, stirring constantly with a wire whisk to prevent lumping or burning.
Once thick, serve hot with milk or soy milk and favorite sweetener.
