| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | cup | red wine | dry |
Quarter livers, remove membranes dredge with seasoned flour, sauté livers in 2 t oil, set aside.
Add livers to the sauce during last 10 minutes of cooking.

Oh WOW! This was absolutely amazing!! It is insanely filling though. My only complaint is that it is wicked messy to make. However, the mess is well worth the final product!
