This Valentine’s Day dessert takes just three ingredients and a blender: ripe cherries, juicy peaches, and fresh orange juice, whipped into a creamy, vibrant fruit puree.

Pour it into custard glasses, top each one with an orange wedge and a stem-on cherry, and you’ve got a gorgeous little treat that’s as pretty as it is refreshing.

No cooking, no fuss, and it keeps in the fridge for up to five days if you want to make it ahead.

Pro Tips

  • Use the ripest fruit you can find. The natural sugars do all the sweetening here, so bland fruit means a bland result.

Directions

Place cherries and peaches in a blender with orange juice.

Blend at medium speed until creamy.

Pour mixture into custard glasses. Top each glass with an orange wedge and a whole cherry.

Serve immediately.

Otherwise, store in the fridge with each custard glass tightly covered.

Will keep for 3 to 5 days.
