10 minWhere your coffee habit meets your wine habit, and they get along famously.
Cold French roast, a pour of port wine, a dash of cinnamon, and a hint of grated orange zest all get blitzed together in a blender. The result is a frothy, aromatic cocktail that’s equal parts coffeehouse and wine bar.
Serve it in chilled wine glasses for that extra touch of elegance. It takes all of 10 minutes to pull together and looks like you hired a mixologist.
Pro Tips
- Use strong, cold French roast. Weak coffee gets lost behind the port. Brew it double strength and chill it completely.
- Fresh orange zest only. Dried zest has none of the bright, fragrant oils you need here.
- This works beautifully as a dessert course on its own, especially after a rich meal when nobody wants another heavy bite.
