| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 4 | cups | cabbage | shredded |
| 1/2 | cup | carrot | shredded |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell peppers | finely slivered |
| 1/2 | large | black pepper | |
| 1/4 | cup | cider vinegar | |
| 4 | teaspoons | mayonnaise, light | |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion | minced |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 2 | teaspoons | sugar | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | celery seeds | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
1. In a small bowl combine cabbage, carrot and green Pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, minced onion, lemon juice, sugar, celery seed, salt (if desired) and pepper.
Mixing them well and pour dressing over cabbage mixture.
Toss the slaw and chill it for at least 2 hours, tossing it again just before serving.
Dressing is excellent with other salads.
