| 4 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 4 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | boned and skinned |
| 6 | ounces | frozen orange juice concentrated | thawed |
| 3 | tablespoons | bourbon |
Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from pan. Add bourbon to orange juice.
Place chicken back into the sauce. Heat through and serve immediately.
