Ingredients

Cake
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon zest grated
1 each egg
1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 tablespoons poppy seed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
Filling
2 cups blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons flour, all-purpose
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
Glaze
1/3 cup powdered sugar sifted
1 teaspoon milk

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with sour cream.

Spread batter in a greased 9 inch springform pan, spreading batter one inch up sides of pan to hold filling.

Combine filling ingredients and spread over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees, 40 - 50 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.

Au Gratin Potatoes and Ham

Husband loved it and so did our dogs, and they won't eat everything. Really good and I made it on top the stove using baked then pealed potatoes and sharp cheddar cheese.
