Ingredients

1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 small tomatoes halved crosswise
1 x lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon caviar black, rinsed and drained, plus 1 ts

Directions

Combine yogurt and mayonnaise and onion powder in small bowl.

Mix well. Cover and chill at least one hour.

Arrange tomato halves on lettuce lined plates and top each with 1 t. yogurt mixture and 1/2 t. caviar.
