| 1/4 | cup | yogurt, low-fat | |
| 2 | tablespoons | mayonnaise, light | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
| 4 | small | tomatoes | halved crosswise |
| 1 | x | lettuce | leaves |
| 1 | tablespoon | caviar | black, rinsed and drained, plus 1 ts |
Combine yogurt and mayonnaise and onion powder in small bowl.
Mix well. Cover and chill at least one hour.
Arrange tomato halves on lettuce lined plates and top each with 1 t. yogurt mixture and 1/2 t. caviar.

These were very good, I added a sprinkle of allspice along with ice cream when I served them.
