| 15 | ounces | black beans | canned, rinsed, drained |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 6 | each | corn tortillas | |
| 1/4 | cup | cilantro | minced |
| 1 | each | lime | cut into 6 wedges |
| 1/4 | cup | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 1 | x | salsa | |
| 2 | cans | green chili peppers | chopped, undrained, 4 oz each |
Mash beans; add chili powder stirring well. Spread about 3 T.
of bean mixture on each tortilla.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each.
Top each tortilla with 2 t. green chiles and 2 T. cheese.
Bake tortillas at 450 degres for 3 to 5 min. or until cheese melts.
Serve with fresh salsa.

Very hearty and flavorful. The goat cheese complements the chili nicely. I took the advice of the previous reviewer and let it simmer for a couple hours after I mixed everything together. Also, I accidentally bought 2 cans of diced tomatoes instead of crushed, but it was still good, and the red chunks made it pretty :-)
