Ingredients

2	cups	strawberries	sliced, or raspberries
1/4	cup	powdered sugar
1	cup	heavy whipping cream
2	tablespoons	liqueur	or 1tb vanilla, triple sec, grand marnier, cointreau or other orange flavor
10	each	crepes	12 inch

Directions

Sweeten berries to taste with icing sugar and set aside.

Beat the remaining icing sugar with whipping cream, vanilla and liqueur until stiff.

Serve the whipped cream filling and berries on pancakes or crepes.
