| 1 | pound | ground beef, lean | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/2 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1/3 | each | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | pimento stuffed green olives | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | seasoning, all purpose | |
| 1/3 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1/2 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce.
Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350 degrees F.

This bread is very moist. It makes great croutons also! I am making it for the second time now.
