| 1 | pound | winter squash | peeled, sliced |
| 1 | pound | sweet potatoes, or yams | garnet yams, peeled, sliced |
| 1 | cup | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | cup | soy milk | lite |
| 1 | tablespoon | garlic paste | chili |
Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies. Bake covered @ 350 F (175 C) for ~ 45 minutes.
Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.

I used to make this once a week when I was working. It would be done just right when I got home. All I had to do was cook noodles, then I served this over top & it was delicious.
