Ingredients

1 pound winter squash peeled, sliced
1 pound sweet potatoes, or yams garnet yams, peeled, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup soy milk lite
1 tablespoon garlic paste chili

Directions

Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies. Bake covered @ 350 F (175 C) for ~ 45 minutes.

Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.

No Peek Beef Casserole

I used to make this once a week when I was working. It would be done just right when I got home. All I had to do was cook noodles, then I served this over top & it was delicious.
