| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | |
| 1 | x | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | to taste |

1. Hard boil eggs.
2. Cook, drain and crumble bacon 3.Place eggs in mxing bowl, break up with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce 5.Refrigerate to allow flavours to blend.
