Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 1/2 tablespoon lard
1 x apples

Directions

Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased bread pan.

Top with sliced apples or with cracklings, and bake.

If topped with fruit, dust with sugar; if with cracklings, salt, and serve.
