In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream.
Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.

This banana cream pie was the best I have ever eaten and I'm almost 62 years old, so I've eaten a lot of them. I'd give it a 10+++
