40 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Make a well in the center and add the egg yolk and butter.

Cream cheese with sugar and flour until smooth.

Add eggs and two additional yolks one at a time and blend.

Add the flavorings and cream, mix well, and pour into prepared springform.

Butternut Squash with Garlic, Ginger, and Lime

This recipe is easy to make and turns out amazing. I made it for a group of 8 people last night and they all said it was wonderful. One person said it was the best soup he'd ever had!
