| 1 | pound | alligators | sausage, crumble, brown, drain |
| 1 | pound | crawfish tails | |
| 1 | pound | smoked sausage | sliced |
| 2 | cups | long grain rice | converted |
| 10 Rotell | ounces | tomatoes, canned | with chiles, rotel |
| 1 | can | soup, french onion | |
| 1 | can | beef broth | |
| 1 | bunch | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1 | pound | mushrooms | sliced |
| 10 | millilitres | garlic | minced |
| 2 | each | bay leaves | |
| 1 | tablespoon | creole seasoning | |
| 1 | tablespoon | black pepper | |
| 1/4 | pound | butter |
Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients.
Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time.
Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve.

This is fantastic! While I did not follow it to the letter, it's a great recipe for rabbit in mustard sauce.
