Alligator Sausage and Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound alligators sausage, crumble, brown, drain
1 pound crawfish tails
1 pound smoked sausage sliced
2 cups long grain rice converted
10 Rotell ounces tomatoes, canned with chiles, rotel
1 can soup, french onion
1 can beef broth
1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 pound mushrooms sliced
10 millilitres garlic minced
2 each bay leaves
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/4 pound butter

Directions

Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients.

Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.

After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time.

Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve.
