Directions

In a frying pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, brown meat.

Add water, mushrooms (including liquid), and soup mix.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, blend yogurt and flour; add to meat mixture.

Cook and stir on low heat until mixture thickens.

Serve over hot noodles.

NOTES:

For greater flavor with little or no fat add, substitute no fat beef broth or some wine for part of the water called for in the ingredients.

I have to add; I would never ruin this delicious dish with "onion soup mix". I hate that stuff more than anything. :) I would use a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, but never ever that packaged stuff. Too salty, too strong, fake taste. Had to say! :)

That muchroom soup is too high on sodium, and you should look at the label to see that. Anyone on a low sodium diet should not eat canned soup period.
