| 1/4 | cup | olive oil | |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon pepper | |
| 4 | 8oz | turkey thighs | turkey tenderloins |
| 1 | x | salsa verde | or blarnaise sauce, drained |
In small bowl combine oil and lemon pepper.
Brush mixture on tenderloins.
Refrigerate, covered, 20 min.
Heat broiler; broil tenderloins 5 inces from heat until no longer pink and juices run clear (15-20 min. total), turning once.
To Serve: Slice 2 tenderloins 1/2 inches thick and top with Blarnaise sauce or favorite salsa.
Reserve and refrigerate remaining tenderloins for Turkey Vegetable Stroganoff.
Bárnaise Sauce Mix according to package directions.
Spoon over turkey, garnish with capers.
