I have a good friend who is frantically looking for this recipe. Could be that there isn't one available anywhere as she ordered this cake through Rosettis Fine Foods last year. If you happen to know a recipe, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey,thx. a million for the recipe! Unfortunately, its not the same Harvest cake that my friend was talking about. It won't stop me from trying out this one, though, as this sounds yummy, too.
If you'd like to see the one that my friend is talking about, go to www.normthompson.com & type in Northwest Harvest cake. Its loaded with pecans, hazelnuts, dried pears, dates, apples and currants.
