Over 13 years ago Daffyd posted his take on Baxter's 'Albert's Victorian Chutney'. I found it recently and tried it. It is a pretty good copy and most importantly, my wife LOVES it.. She has been missing the original since it became unavailable in our location. I made one small change - I added 2Tbs. molasses.
