Mulligatawny soup lost recipe

I lost the recipe that I once had. I don't know where it came from but I'm fairly certain it was on the internet (not a family recipe or cookbook)

However I know everything that is in it, but I do like to reference the ratios as when I make it I tend to do large batches.

I have a complete, or very nearly complete list of ingredients.

It would be great if someone could help me find the recipe with this as a guide.

I've searched google very hard and looked over probably 75 recipes trying to find it. None of them are even close to what I have.

I'm sure I can piece together the ratios and get pretty close to what it needs to be, but the recipe is perfect the way it is and so I just want to be certain.

Below is the ingredient list. It's simple. There are no compound ingredients. Everything is fresh, singular spice or ingredient.

Most recipes have the typical soup trifecta, celery, carrot, and onion. This recipe has NONE of those, and does not need them at all. Nor does it have things like Masala, Curry, Coconut milk, or anything else. The below list is complete with the exception of items that have been questioned.

1)
approx 1:1 ratio red lentils (rinse&drain) to 1 inch cubed potato.
Boil in chicken broth, then puree...

2)
blend fresh ginger root, and garlic and approx 3tbs water into paste. result approx 1/3 cup or more. 3 inch piece of ginger? approx equal garlic:ginger.

3)
fry paste in olive oil with:
Tumeric
Corriander
Cumin
(ratio of these three unclear. 1:2:2 --> T:C:C?)

(Black pepper?)
(Salt?)

4)
Add cubed chicken breast to fry paste and cook.

5)
Add soup mixture to the fry paste&chicken. Simmer.

Recipe mentions that you can add any protein you like, shrimp, chicken, etc....
