Recipe Talk

I used to have a recipe card (8x11 size) with the baked macaroni and cheese recipe. I don’t know the exact year that it was published. But the card was mailed around 1990-1995. I remember that the recipe had grated onion and dried mustard as ingredients. It’s the only Mac and cheese that I like and I really hope someone could help me find it. Thank you in advance.
