Here's just a few of jar recipes I have:

Apple Muffin Mix:(makes about 12 muffins)
2 c.self rising flour
1/2 c.granulated sugar 1/4 c.brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup chopped dried apple

Place in large bowl;stir until blended & store in airtight container OR measure all into Ziploc bag, seal & shake to combine

To use: 1 pk.mix(see above); 1 egg, 3/4 c. milk & 1/4c.vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 400 & grease 12 muffin tins(or use paper muffin cups/my preference); Stir all ingredients until just blended; Do NOT overmix; Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full; Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Banana Bran Muffins:
1 c. all purpose flour 3 Tbsp sugar
2-1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. whole bran; Mix all ingred. in Ziploc bag or airtight container

To use: place mix in bowl & add 1 egg(beaten), 1 c.mashed banana(very ripe), 1/4 c. milk, 2 Tbsp.oil. Stir just until flour mixture is moistened-Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter & bake in 400 oven for 20-25 min. or until done.

Breakfast Muffin in a Jar;

1-1/2 c.all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp each baking soda,salt
1/2 c brown sugar 1 c rolled oats
3 Tbsp finely minced candied lemon peel
1/2 c finely minced dried cherries, apples or apricots
1/3 c, chopped almonds or walnuts

Combine all in jar(IN LAYERS) or vacuum seal bag

To use: 1/4c.veg oil, 1 c. milk(or vanilla yogurt), 1 egg, 1 jar mix(see above); Combine all & mix well; Batter will be slightly lumpy; Spoon into 12 muffin cups; Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

Have some more mixes(of all types),if you're interested
