I have a recipe that calls for white candy coating. What is it? Where can I get it?

found mine at a store that carries a lot of Wilton supplies but I've also seen it at my Walmart by cake supplies; its white chocolate; comes in small wafers

Oh by the way, Ghiradelli also puts out white choc. chips as well

Was able to find in the local Bulk Barn bulk food store here.

Can Someone tell me if candy coating is the same thing as chocolate dipping wafers. I have a recipe that calls for candy coating and for chocolate but I can not find candy coating anywhere
