Applesauce raisnin oatmeal bread

This recipe had oil in it too. It also had a white sugar and butter mixture on top when put in the oven. It was very good,heavy and moist. I would love to have this recipe again. Thanks

Ok try these 3 ones out ........
3eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c oil
2 c applesauce
2 ts vanilla
3 c flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1 ts salt
3 ts cinnamon
1 ts nutmeg
3/4 c coconut
1/2 c nuts
1 c raisins
Instructions
Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside. Mix together the dry
ingredients in another bowl and pour thin batter into it. Grease 2
bread tins, bake in oven for about 60 minutes, check with toothpick.

3 c all-purpose flour; divided
2 tb brown sugar
1/4 ts salt
2 ts apple pie spice
1 pk active dry yeast; (1/4 oz.)
1 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c honey
2 tb margarine
1 egg
1/2 c raisins
FROSTING
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
1 tb milk
Instructions

1. In large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour, sugar, salt,apple pie spice and yeast.
2. Heat applesauce, honey and margarine until very warm (120-130F). Add to flour mixture with egg, beating on low speed until combined. Beat 3
minutes longer, on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour and raisins. Spread batter evenly in 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Cover loosely with waxed paper and let rise about 1 hour or until double in bulk. Carefully remove paper.

3. Bake in 350F. oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10
minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Frost withmixture of confectioners sugar and milk.

1 1/2 c whole-wheat flour
3 ts baking powder
1 ts salt
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts nutmeg
1 c oats
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs; lightly beaten
1/3 c salad oil
1 c applesauce
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c pecans

Instructions

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in
oats and brown sugar. Beat eggs. Blend eggs, oil and applesauce together.
Stir in dry ingredients, raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 9 X 5 X 3"
loaf pan. Bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour.
