Looking for old Weight Watchers recipe for l box angel food cake mix with 1 can crushed pineapple added to the dry cake mix. Nothing else added. Baked in angel food cake pan.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

here you go:
1 angel food cake mix
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple

Add the crushed pineapple to the cake mix and stir well. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.

I like this black forest cake version even better.
Add 1/3 cup of cocoa to your cake mix and substitute 1 can of sugar free cherry pie filling for the pineapple. Bake as above.

You can try the chocolate cherry version too:

1 can lite cherry pie filling
1 box angel food cake mix

in a bowl mix on med to high: cake mix only and cherry pie filling, the idea is to fluff it up with air.

bake at directed on box, can take 50- 1 hr depending on your oven. I alwasy do the toothpick check to make sure it is done.

Cool Angel Food Cake upside down, so it doesn't flatten.

Icing:
Take one tub of Fat Free sugar free cool whip and mix it with I small box of white chocolate fat free sugar free pudding, the powder only. Frosts easily with a rubber spatula:)

Once cake cools, frost cake.

I was told for 1 inch pieces of this cake it is only 1 point, but low point no matter...Enjoy!
