Baked Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
topped with fresh tomato slices and baked till creamy and bubbly.

Ingredients
1 package 8oz elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper... I use white and more
2 cups whole milk
2 cups 8 oz Chedder cheese grated
1 large juicy tomato thick sliced
1 tablespoon dried parsley or 2 fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 375f
cook macaroni as package directs.. drain
while cooking macaroni, melt butter in medium saucepan
Remove from heat
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth
Gradually stir in milk
Bring to a boil, stirring
Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes
Stir in 1 1/2 cup cheese and the cooked macaroni.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish.
Arrange tomato slices over top
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Sprinkle parsley on cheesd
Bake about 15 minutes un covered until cheese is golden brown
