I am looking for a recipe for a thin chocolate pudding or gravy that we used to dip our bisquits in at my aunt's house

Chocolate Gravy

Ready In: 20 Minutes
Yields: 8 servings

"When my grandchildren (6) spend the night the first thing they ask for is chocolate gravy for breakfast. ** I add 1/2 of a Hershey's plain candy bar to the cooked gravy , when candy bar is melted serve.. Keeps great in ice boa covered..
Have plenty of biscuits ready.!!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter

4 tablespoons unsweetened
cocoa powder

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup white sugar

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cocoa and flour; stir until a thick paste is formed. Stir in sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add vanilla and remove from heat.
**To thin add milk.
