My husband and I ate at an Irish restaurant/pub this weekend (okay we live in Oklahoma so who knows how Irish it really was!) He had a dish called Wicklow Chicken and we would like to find a recipe. It appeared to be very similar to Kiev or some kind of chicken roll but was stuffed with an apple/sausage filling. Does anyone have an idea?
