I bought some small chocolate cups and am looking for a filling that isn't too complicated, for them..I thought maybe something with cream cheese but it doesn't have to have it... Maybe a nice ganache that isn't too sweet..or peanutbutter, as I have lots of that on hand...any ideas???

Chocolate cherry mousse
2 cups cold milk; 2 cups Cool Whip(thawed); 1 pkg(3.4oz)chocolate fudge instant pudding'1 can(21oz)cherry fruit filling(like Lucky Leaf or Comstock)
Combine pudding & milk;Beat on low speed 1-2 min.or until well blended;allow pudding to thicken slightly, then stir in cherry filling; gently fold in Cool Whip;chill at least 2 hours
Other great fillings...truffle creams/ orange liquer, hazelnut liquer or peppermint schnapps/
