BACON WRAPS

3 cans whole water chestnuts

1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon, cut in

thirds

Sauce:

1/2 c. catsup

1/2 c. brown sugar

Take 1/3 piece of bacon and wrap around a water chest-
nuts and spear with toothpick. Broil 10 minutes or until done.
Take off broiler pan and transfer to baking dish.
Mix sauce together well. Pour over Bacon Wraps and bake
at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

BACON WRAPS

10 bread sticks, any flavor

5 slices bacon, halved

lengthwise

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Dredge one side of bacon strip in cheese; roll bacon
against bread stick diagonally. Place sticks on baking sheet,
dish or paper plate lined with paper towels. Microwave at High
4 1/2 to 6 minutes. Roll again in cheese. Bacon wraps can be
made in advance and will stay crisp several hours after
microwaving. Makes 10 sticks.

1 box Waverly butter crackers

1 pkg. bacon

Parmesan cheese

Spray cookie sheet with Pam and sprinkle lightly with
Parmesan cheese. Cut bacon slices in thirds. Break crackers
at perforations. Wrap one piece of bacon around one cracker,
then continue until you use all of bacon. Place wrapped
crackers on prepared cookie sheet with the seam side down.
Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over wrapped crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4 1/2-ounce box sesame seed breadsticks
16-ounce package bacon
8-ounce container grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wrap breadsticks in bacon. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Dredge through Parmesan while hot. Allow to cool and crisp, then serve.
