99 ragged recipes

I made this for our Pesach Seder (Passover Meal) last week, and it came out pretty well :) I've just written this up from memory for a friend who asked, so it might not be 100% accurate! Let me know if you try it and have changes to add :)

Southwestern chicken salad: crisp lettuce, southwest veggies, and chicken tossed in a creamy chipotle-ranch and sweet-spicy BBQ dressing. A fast, no-fuss salad with a kick.

Serves a large group and can be prepared the morning of the party and is assembled at the site of the party, 10 minutes before serving.
