Florida-style barbecue sauce with orange, pineapple, and mango juice mixed with dark brown sugar, ketchup, and onion juice. A sweet, tropical BBQ sauce that makes 1 1/2 quarts.

Beef Brisket in Beer: a 4-pound brisket oven-braised in beer, chili sauce, brown sugar, and onions. Three hours to fork-tender, finished with a thick pan gravy. Serves 11.

A full recipe of this sauce is enough for about 1 1/2 pounds of cooked fish, seafood or firm cubed tofu.
