stuffed green peppers

2 green peppers.
Halve, parboil, salt.
3/4 lb ground beef
1/3 c chopped onion.
Drain and add:
7 oz can diced tomatoes (not drained)
1/3 c long grain rice (uncooked)
1 T worcestershire sauce
1/2 t basil or oregano
Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in 1/4 c cheese.
Fill peppers with meat mixture. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
Back at 375℉ (190℃) for 15 minutes.
