60 minOreo cookies meet cream cheese in a food processor, and suddenly you’ve got a dark, truffle-like mixture that rolls into perfectly poppable balls.
Dip them in melted white chocolate and you’ve created the kind of treat that disappears from plates before you can blink.
No oven required, just a little patience while they set up.
Kitchen Tips
- Use full-fat cream cheese at room temperature for easiest mixing
- A cookie scoop keeps all the balls uniform in size for even chocolate coating
- Chill the balls for 30 minutes before dipping so they hold their shape
- Tap off excess chocolate and let them set on parchment paper for clean removal
