Ingredients

1 pound red snapper fillets
Dipping sauce
5 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
1 each carrots
shredded
1 each celery
cut up
1 each turnip

Directions

Holding the fish firmly, cut straight down in slices about ¼ to ½ inch thick and 1 inch wide, depending on the size of the fillet.

Serve with dipping sauce (combine ingredients).
