Directions
Preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Brush bread slices with olive oil.
Bake until pale golden and crisp, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Top the bread with the bell pepper strips.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Broil until the cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
