A simple, but delicious dessert that's made with fresh rhubarb, a cake mix and strawberry gelatin.

Ingredients

4 cups rhubarb
*
1 pk gelatin, flavored
strawberry
*
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 ½ cup water
1 each cake mix, white

Directions

Put rhubarb in greased 13x9x2 inch pan.

Mix sugar and jello. Sprinkle over rhubarb.

Sprinkle cake mix over that and sprinkle water over all.

Slice butter on top of cake mix.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Serve cold if you're lucky enough to have any left.

I found this recipe a couple years ago and make it to take to potlucks because it is so easy. Every time I'm ask for the recipe.
