1/2 pack nabisco 100 cal oreo thin crisps
1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
1 no calorie sweetener packet
1/2 tbsp. jello sugar free fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup cool whip free, thawed
opt. topping:fat free reddi whip

Ingredients

1/2 pack nabisco 100 cal oreo thin crisps
1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
1 no calorie sweetener packet
1/2 tbsp. jello sugar free fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup cool whip free, thawed
opt. topping:fat free reddi whip

Directions

Break half of the cookies into small pieces, and finely crush the other half.

In a mug, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sweetener, pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Vigorously stir until uniform. Fold in cool whip until uniform, and gently stir in the cookies that have been broken into small pieces. Cover and refridgerate until thickened, about 20 minutes.

Top with the finely crushed cookies.
