CUPS ML POWDERED SUGAR

TEASPOON ML SALT
¼ 59
CUP ML LIQUEUR
irish cream style *

Directions

In electric mixer bowl, cream butter until smooth; beat in confectioers’ sugar gradually, then beat in the salt and the Irish Cream.

Beat the frosting until light and fluffy.

Wow, this is WONDERFUL! I added an extra tablespoon of bailey's and about a tablespoon of whiskey to cut the sweetness a bit-- it is heaven. I'm using it for a bittersweet chocolate cake and will add a bittersweet drizzle-- this is VERY sweet.

I made pistachio cup cakes with Baily irish cream frosting. They made the perfect pair. I made a white cake and added pistachio pudding to the batter it gave a nice green color for the st.pattys day theme. Everyone loved them.
