Infectous Fluid Frappe
Submitted by jiguisha
Infectious fluid frappe is a creepy Halloween drink made from eggnog blended with lime Jello for a sickly green color, topped with cherry “blood clots” and nutmeg “plasma." Kids love it.

10 minLooking for a Halloween drink that grosses kids out and makes them beg for more? This one blends eggnog with lime Jello powder until it turns a truly unsettling shade of green. Top each glass with chopped maraschino cherry “blood clots” and a sprinkle of nutmeg “powdered plasma."
The lime Jello dissolves right into the cold eggnog without any cooking. Just blend for a full minute so the powder dissolves completely and the color turns uniformly gross. Any undissolved bits will show up as bright green specks, which honestly makes it look even more disgusting, so your call.
The eggnog makes it creamy and rich, while the lime Jello gives it a sweet tang and that crucial toxic-waste color. It tastes way better than it looks.
Kitchen Tips
- Use full-fat eggnog for the thickest, most ooze-like consistency. Light eggnog is too thin and doesn’t look as revolting.
- Blend the full minute even if it looks mixed. Jello powder clumps in cold liquid and needs time to fully dissolve.
- Chop the cherries into irregular chunks for the most realistic “blood clot” look. Neat cubes ruin the effect.
Variations
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the blender for a thicker, milkshake-style version.
- Use orange Jello instead of lime for a more “biohazard orange” color.
- Float a gummy eyeball or gummy worm on top of each glass for extra Halloween flair.
