Ingredients

1 pound pasta, fettuccine
cook al dente, drain
8 ounces sundried tomatoes
cut into slivers lengthwise, reserve oil
cup sundried tomatoes
oil
1 cup black olives
pitted and halved

1 tablespoon lemon zest
grated
2 cloves garlic
minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
ground

¾ pound mozzarella cheese
shredded

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pasta.

Toss sauce with pasta and serve at once.
